Mike has more than twenty- five years hands- on experience in daily- fee properties, semi- private clubs, resorts and private country clubs, and from 2006 to 2010 was part- owner and full- time operator of North Shore Golf Club in Orlando, Florida.
From small scale operations to 36- hole resorts to high- end, private clubs, Mike's signature is on golf enterprises from Southern Florida to Tennessee and from Pennsylvania to the Mid- Atlantic region. He has personally performed dozens of successful golf course transitions, complete due diligence, market analysis, financial projections, and standardizing employee operating procedures.
Mike has built life- long relationships on professional and personal levels with golf vendors all over the country inspiring him to create and implement the unique "tool" known as the "Partnering Effect."
