Mike Armel
Mike Armel, President of Armel Golf Solutions, Inc. (AGS), is responsible for designing a unique approach to transitioning golf course properties: exit strategy planning for potential sellers and entrance transition planning for potential buyers.
Prior to creating AGS in the beginning of 2010, Mike Armel was part owner and operator of North Shore Golf Club in Orlando, Florida.
Over the past twenty-five years, Mike has been blessed to work for some of the most respected companies in the golf industry. Mike has hands-on experience in daily-fee properties, semi-private clubs, resorts and private country clubs. From small-scale operations to 36-hole resorts to high-end, private clubs, Mike's signature is on golf enterprises from Southern Florida to Tennessee and from Pennsylvania to the Mid Atlantic Region. Mike has personally performed dozens of successful golf course transitions, completing due diligence, market analysis, financial projections, and standardizing employee operating procedures.
Mike's journey has allowed him to sharpen his skills and knowledge while working under the tutelage of some of golf's most influential owners. Consequently, he's built life-long relationships on professional and personal levels with golf vendors all over the country. Mike's experience in the golf industry and these treasured relationships has inspired Mike to create AGS.
